Bill brings over 35 years of leadership experience in engineering, construction, and oil and gas. He has extensive experience at the CEO level, most recently as the CEO of ShalePro Energy Services, a leading provider of construction and operation services to the natural gas sector. He has built high-performance teams in engineering, construction, and project management. Bill is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Electrical Engineering and The Wharton School Advanced Management Program.

Kevin Johnson

Kevin has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, including private equity, investment banking and public accounting. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer for ShalePro Energy Services, and previously held various Treasury and Controllership roles within ExxonMobil. Kevin graduated from Longwood University, received his Master’s in Accountancy from Virginia Commonwealth University, and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Bill brings four decades of experience in solid waste management to Vision RNG. For 36 years, Bill built and operated LFG to energy recovery projects. He has worked as a consultant for RNG projects across America. As Senior Director of Renewable Energy at Republic Services, he was directly responsible for over 70 LFG use projects.

Brian Martz

Brian brings over 25 years of experience in environmental, engineering, construction, and renewable energy markets. He has progressed from technical design and project management roles through significant business development roles to an effective leader of complex technical matters and teams. Brian most recently spent six years leading an engineering department for a Fortune 500 waste and environmental services firm. He also spent another six years leading the business development of their renewable energy platform, with a primary focus on renewable natural gas. He successfully tripled the renewable energy EBITDA, established an industry-leading $1B joint venture, and put the Company on a trajectory to accomplish a long-range primary ESG goal. Brian is a graduate of Lehigh University and Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and M.B.A. in Management of Technology.

Jeremy Snyder

VP of Engineering/Operations

Jeremy has over 15 years of management experience in the energy sector, including RNG, conventional power, and landfill construction and compliance. He was most recently the RNG Operations Manager for Archaea Energy in Syracuse, New York, and prior to that supported the growth and success of the Aria Energy RNG portfolio across the United States. Jeremy graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and received his MBA in Business Administration from the Reh School of Business at Clarkson University.

Development Director

For almost 20 years, Bob has been procuring and selling capital equipment for landfill gas usage. He was most recently the Business Development Manager of the Solid Waste Group at APTIM. Bob also has considerable experience in the industrial valve market, representing both manufacturers and distributors. In addition to landfill gas, he has secured capital equipment to effect reverse osmosis water treatment, leachate evaporators, and combustion equipment. Bob has an Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting and CAD/CADD from Trinidad State Junior College.

Marco has over 15 years of experience in the energy, engineering, and environmental restoration industries.  He was most recently in a business development role for UGI Energy Services, with experience in RNG, LNG, solar PV, and natural gas midstream assets.  Marco graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and received his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Kirk Vroman

General Counsel

Kirk has over a decade of legal experience in the energy industry.  He was most recently Senior Corporate Counsel for Internap Holding LLC, a cloud and bare metal technology infrastructure company.  Prior to that, Kirk held various legal roles at upstream oil and gas producers with holdings in the Appalachian, Permian, Ft. Worth, Anadarko, DJ, Black Warrior, Powder River, and Williston Basins.  Kirk graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S.B.A in Management Information Systems and Marketing and received his Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.

Jennifer brings over 25 years of Environmental Health and Safety experience in the Oil & Gas, Construction and Telecommunications industries. Her areas of expertise include site safety auditing, contractor safety management, safety training, and policy/procedure development. Jennifer has obtained multiple professional safety accreditations which include Certified Occupational Safety Specialist, Certified Safety Management Practitioner, and Certified Ergonomics Manager and Safety Management Specialist.

Adam Beck

VP Project Execution

Adam brings 15 years of experience in project management, engineering, and construction of RNG and midstream infrastructure projects.  He most recently led the project execution effort for one of the nation’s largest RNG developers, and prior to that led teams developing midstream facility and pipeline projects in multiple natural gas basins.  Before his 15 years leading project development teams, Adam served for 5 years as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army.  Adam is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, with a degree in civil engineering, and he earned his MBA at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
Doug Prechter

Vice President of Finance

Doug has over 10 years of corporate finance and operations experience in the energy sector, including RNG, oilfield services, and investment banking. Prior to joining Vision RNG, Doug was the Vice President of Finance & Strategy for Monarch Bioenergy, an ag-based RNG producer, and previously was a member of Evercore’s energy investment banking team where he executed over $9.0 billion in M&A, private capital, and restructuring transactions. Before Evercore, he served in various operations management roles with SLB. Doug graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and received his M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
